Basketball races are heating up in the Foothill and Orange Empire conferences. Here’s a check of the standings prior to this weekend’s games.

San Bernardino Valley women’s team tops the Foothill Conference while the RCC’s men’s loss to Saddleback dropped the Tigers into second place in the OEC behind the Gauchos.
